Downpipe isn't accommodating any ignition event being downstream of turbine housing, the hot side of turbo.
Fuel is ignited in the exhaust manifold or turbofold, upstream of turbine.
That's why you will see much often with a NA car fire breathed out of its tailpipe - fire gets out much easier without turbo in the way.
