I get your logic about the $20k more not being worth it, but it's not just cosmetics and a tune. The CS models just feel different in a much better way than the Comp's do.
The Adaptive Suspension tuned specifically to the tires and chassis can make the world of difference.

I don't know why so many discount such an important nuance between both vehicles. :
