5mm would be safe up front I think. I rubbed slightly on large dips with 255/35 PA4 winter tires lowered on Eibach with 7.5mm all around. I can't comment on the rears w/ a 20mm spacer, though. 7.5mm all around on my summer tires (OE PSSs) lowered on Eibach = zero rubbing.
