Well yes but you won't find a lot of shops these days willing to do that unless shops that specialize in restoration. Plenty of damage these days on cars is repairable but labour costs are so high now that it rarely makes sense anymore as it's more cost effective to just order new body panels, paint them and put them back on as it's all about volume and moving cars in and out of body shops.
