I had some damage done to the front bumper as well recently, not as bad but still requires painting the entire thing.
Cost is around $700, that's from 2 shops, one was BMW certified.
That bumper you posted is without paint so painted, a new bumper is probably double the repair cost, $1200-1400. That's what I was quoted anyways.
