This is a good question. I'm putting mine on next weekend but I would be hesitant to use a metal polish on them like regular tips as this finish looks like paint to me rather than typical chrome plating. I think you may have to use a mild paint polish to get off difficult deposits. I'm going to ceramic coat mine to make them easier to wash in the mean time.
