Clean it off so no more of whatever it is gets on the seal then with the window rolled all the way down wrap a rag with a generous amount of window cleaner around your finger jam it in between the seals and clean them off.
That worked for my passenger side, the drivers side had been getting less and less noticeable every time I cleaned off the lines so it's probably just something left over from manufacturing.
