Other than that, it performed pretty well at the track today (mostly 2nd~4th gears only on this particular small track). I did however get transmission warning and that's the 2nd time I've got it since 5.5. Could this be switching back to the standard M2 transmission instead of the GTS transmission coding?

I am running 93OCT Stage 2.
