Hopefully this is clear. These measurements aren't perfect but they are pretty close (for example- tip diameter is closer to 3 3/16"). You should be able to derive any other measurement you want with this data.
Edit - I fixed the center-to-center from 4 1/4" to 4ish . It's too hard to get an accurate measurement because they are offset.
