ZM2 I think this is OBE because you already got some wheels...but for anyone reading that is shopping or interested...

I have:

APEX FL-5 Front: 18x9.5" ET28 - 265/645-18 Pirelli Slick
APEX FL-5 Rear: 18x10.5" ET40 - 285/645-18 Pirelli Slick

These are the newer versions Apex came out with in February with the M2 in mind. No spacers required. Very pleased with combination. No rubbing, no issues, lots of grip. I ran most of the weekend on stock wheels and Contis as the weather was in the 30's and 40's and even some snow...but once it warmed up Sunday I was able to try them out. I recommend them to anyone in the market.
Nice, thanks for the feedback. You’ll have to go post in the Track Times thread just how fast those slicks are. Altho, that first season outing in March is always more about checking off-season setup changes and shaking off the dust, or snow in this case!
After reading this thread, I'm still none the wiser as to max width on stock wheels. I see plenty of owners have gone 255/35 + 275/35 with no problem. I wonder if it's possible to go 265/35 + 285/35 on the 9" and 10" BMW wheels?
