I can corroborate that the new CS+ (non-beta) map has the same throttle oscillation as the Stage 1 9.0 on Sport Plus around 5K during steady mid throttle inputs.
The old "beta" CS+ and the previous Stage 1 8.7 maps do not have this problem so there is definitely something going on with these updated maps and the new boost control calibration on Sport Plus.
