Here's what I have so far:
BMW shifter replacement parts
- 3 Hex bolts (26117527475)
- 3 Self-locking hex nut (26127536563)
- And a note saying that the flex disc can remain attached to front of driveshaft when removing (although I have no idea what that means or how it impacts parts required).

You should be good to go with 3 sets of the above hardware. The only other thing that needed replaced when I did my install was the slave cylinder bolts. If you aren't swapping that out you won't need them. The torque spec for the driveshaft is 55 Nm + 90 degrees. Driveshaft bearing bolts are 19 Nm and trans x-member bolts/nuts are also 19 Nm.
