Yeh I hear you. I’ve come from two seater sports cars previous to M2 (350z / Z4 Coupe) and I guess I miss that enclosed two seater cabin feel that the M2 lacks.
The practicality I do like, and I also do like that the M2 is a bit lairy, but I do miss revving out an NA engine.
I rented a V10 R8 a while ago for a week, and just loved the drama of it all (obviously V10 had a major thing to do with) - but I guess a 981 S would always be closer in feel to an R8 than an M2 would.
