It all depends on the dealer and how much they want to support their customer and support their customer in getting BMW GB to authorize the repair. I would try a different dealership. If you have the ability try and record what the noise is and take it to another dealership. Try BMW North Oxford and ask for Chris the technician to take a look at your car!
