I would rather have a used GT3 than a new (or used) GT4 all day every day. If you're going to go that direction, do it right.
In the US market a new M2cs is 80-95, a new GT4 is easily pushing 130, and you can get a 15/16 GT3 for 125-130. The M2cs is not in the same price bracket as the Porsches, it's why all the comparisons are from Europe.
