Do you mean you want to reset the warning messages yourself (i.e. after having a service done at a non-BMW specialist or dealership)? If so, see

If you mean you want to adjust intervals, that isn't an option, the iDrive system has it's own idea about the Condition Based Service (CBS) intervals which aren't adjustable.
To review the statuses, it is done through iDrive and probably varies based on version. From memory, on my 2017 model year it's something like:
- My Vehicle
- Vehicle Status
- Move left to open the menu and scroll to Services
- Scroll through Oil Change, Cabin Filters, Brakes, etc.
