For the OP, I have 11k miles and 17 track days on them so far and no new noises yet indicating bushing wear.

At what level of front camber did you finally get even wear? I’m at 2.8 and the outer shoulders are still wearing ahead of the rest of the tire.
I'm at -2.9 and getting even wear.

Yeah re the plates, I'm definitely getting more noise than I'd like. Not just ambient noise from the chassis, I'm talking actual knocking/clunking, like I can hear the metal on metal rubbing.

It's actually at the point where I'm taking my car back in to have it looked at..
