I prefer Xpel's products (Ultimate Plus). Equally important is to find an excellent installer with references. Any PPF is only as good as the installer. Attached are some available kits:

I would at the very least do the following:
Full Hood, Fender and Mirror Kit
(Front) Bumper Kit Area Kit
Rocker Panel Kit, Extended Coverage
Roof and A-Pillar Kit
Luggage Area Kit
I would consider having your installer increase the size of the 'shark fin' pieces on the front of the rear quarters in Xpel's Rocker Panel Kit. Mine was installed over a month ago and I already caught a minor chip from debris from the front tires. This happened without aggressive cornering (at least I don't think my cornering has yet been really aggressive) and within a few hundred miles of install. I am actually bringing my car to my installer today so he can create a larger piece. That is an easy job for any good installer.
FYI, do not have a partial hood kit installed.

Here is how the larger rear fender piece fits my car. I would suggest they do it like this..
