That is exactly what I would have suggested. BTW you will be surprised at what an upgrade the 4S is, pretty impressive how much tire technology is advancing. Nothing wrong with the Super Sport but the 4S is a new level. Michelin rep described them as close the the previous version of the cup tire in the dry and I would tend to agree.
I lost the tire lottery and got the horrific Conti's, dumped all 4 at the same time, fronts had 10,000 or more left in them but there was no way I was going to stay on those pieces of crap. The upgrade between Conti's and the 4S is shocking.
