Nice thread to read. I have R&T on mine with 90/190 springs. When the road is perfectly flat its so nice to drive, but in UK the roads are terrible, contant bumps, dips, undulations. I tried softening it up but you get a horrible bounce over undulations, if i stiffen it up then i loose that bounce but the ride in general is very firm.
So it sounds like you guys have resolved this by going 70/140 or 80/160. Is 90 classed as too firm on the front, is it both front and rear that are too stiff? I did think of dropping the spring rate down to 160 on the rear.
I am going to try my buddies M2C with M Performance coilovers tonight so it will be interesting to see what they are like. I want to track my car 4 times a year but prefer the compromise on the track not the road.
