In the US (and dare I say Canada eh?) we are lucky to get the boxes..  when we do.. BMW North America likes to spoon feed us with special editions like the Like Rock E9x M3 and this ZL5 edition M2. |
BMW allows the 'Old Continent' to eat "à la carte".
For the US market it's either "table d'hôte" (maybe some siders) or leave the restaurant.
