I wouldn't worry about it, mine showed at the port for a couple weeks too, even though my SA gave me the vessel information and it was already on the boat even though the website said at the port. It took over a week of being on the boat before the website updated to In Transit.
There is a bit of lag on the website status versus where the car really is.
