I use Optimum No Rinse for quick detailing and washing, but find it pretty ineffective on rubber marks compared to dedicated solutions.
Trying a bunch of APCs and other cleaners, Mother's R3 works the best for getting rid of rubber marks. The one thing you need watch out for though, is that if you use it on plastic surfaces (like clear bra) then you need to follow up with some type of APC after to clean up the residual Mother's R3 or it slightly melts/discolors the plastic it was used on. It probably won't be visible directly looking at it, but off-angle (like what you'd use to see paint swirls) it'll look a bit discolored.
