Yup, the Griots product that DrKevM5 linked works really well for cleaning up the rubber marks. I've also tried bug & tar removers before with a bit of success but the Griots product makes much easier work, especially on the protective film in front of the rear wheel arches (which was always what I found most difficult to clean).
