No idea why BMW use the manual brake pedal in these cars, this is the 4th DCT equipped car we've had (Mercedes, Renault, Audi) & they've always been fitted with an auto pedal box which makes more sense in a 2 pedal car & is much better for left foot braking.
Looking into an F30 auto brake pedal assy & will see if I can adapt that similar to what BMW Motorsport have fitted to the DCT 240R race cars.
EDIT; Job done :- F30 brake pedal fitted. Should have come from the factory like this. “Must do” mod for any dct equipped cars imo. Pic added below.
