I can't wait to see this set-up. The rear will fit easily, as the 285/30 PS4S is literally only .4" wider than the stock 265/35 PSS, which is just 5 millimeters on the outside edge.

And although the 265/30 PS4S is .8" wider than the stock 245/35 PSS, it's also .5" shorter, so dropping the car in the front to compensate for the difference, the increase in negative camber alone may keep you from rubbing the outside.
