These aren't M cars of the past....the redline gets lower and lower with just about every new introduction and emission regulation.
I don't get it. These are turbo cars not NA. I've driven my share of rev happy cars and for me, revving out an engine is no fun if there isn't any thrust felt.
It's more torque for the pork! These cars are getting crazy hefty!
Imo that is more exhilarating on a day to day basis.
