If money were no object, I would have a completely silent exhaust system developed that doesn't lose power. Then have 6 butlers sit in my trunk making synchronized cylinder exhaust noises for me. All while I drive around naked and throw eggs at people while running for mayor, because I can afford to pay off the cops and courts and voters.
