I've seen it very from car to car, with direct Injection you can have less pressure on the feed line vs. pi so I've seen people do E50 on the stock turbo and stock lpfp.

Of course ethanol concentration is not the only factor affecting how much the lpfp can handle, it's how much fuel you're using as well. With a big turbo you are pumping more air which needs more fuel from the lpfp as well.
