They don't fit. In Europe, the M2C doesn't come standard with the big brakes - they have the same brakes as the OG M2s, therefore some 18" wheels fit.
zapping2 pic shows the "regular" M2 blue calipers and rotors. To be honest, His winter wheel setup really has nothing to do with your question at all. His tires are also an inch smaller in diameter (and still rub).
My barely educated opinion is that 255/40/19 is too big for an M2 anyway - they are 3/4" larger diameter that the stock rear tires.
