Assuming those are the 997GT3 brake ducts, and they look like they are...you can get them pretty cheaply online:

Do you know what RRT did to modify them? Looks like they just cut a gap to allow for the tie-rod...They are pretty flexible from when I installed them on my 6GT3...you could bend them pretty easily.
