For rear facing (and covert to front facing after age of 1.5~2) I would recommend Clek Foonf.
They are safest rated car seat in the industry.
Pretty heavy tho and very rigid with steel support back and front. And not cheap.
I priotize the safety.. But not sure if it will fit fine with M2 rear seat.. This thing is not small..
