Am I the only one that wants this?

I'm assuming this part will be available separately but I'm wondering when? Any clue?

Read somewhere else the the CS won't make it to the states until Sept 2020 but I assume the spoiler might be available before that...

It's like the RKP one and I guess will probably MSRP for more $$.
