I assume you have
already done your research? All of the hybrid turbos are going to produce similar results and are all going to have turbo lag. Coils and intake manifold aren't going to make a noticeable difference. There's no reason to upgrade the intake manifold unless you are doing meth or port injection. If you simply meant the intake, that won't add any power either but will make more intake noise if that's what you're looking for.
With a PS2 I made 440whp on 93 octane@20psi on a Dynojet, which is about 100whp over stock. You can make more with meth or ethanol blend; up to around 520-530whp @22-24psi.
If I were to do a hybrid option again, I would go with a Dinan "big turbo" or similar. It provides the best mix of low end torque and high end power. My buddy
