I hear you on one thing and your point is valid. It's not for everyone because of the "flash" factor. While the cost of the CF hood is similar, install cost is not especially if you DIY the CF DS, which I did and will for my M2C.

you are right that a driveshaft is relatively easy to do. Just like the last thing on the list of mods lol.
