That’s an odd recommendation, unless you are talking about snow tires for a winter setup. Why would you want to put such narrow tires out back on a 400hp RWD car? If you want to stay with 19’s and don’t want to deal with spacers or camber plates, stick to stock sized wheels (19x9 fr, 19x10r) with stock sized tires (245/35 fr, 265/35 r).
