I recently ran a 265/35/19 R7 on a 19x9.5 rim and had no liner rub, but the track had very little hard compression and I had already worn down my liner a couple millimeters where it used to rub.
To me, the rub isn’t that big of a deal, but some guys don’t like it.

Hmm... I wonder if there's a way to modify the liner a little. I'd really like 265/35s in the front, and this is just for autocross.
