I personally checked the M2 CS rear seats and folded those down. 60/40. Rear seats release handles inside the trunk. So that's the same as standard on the base M2 and M2 Competition.

But you cannot spec the 40/20/40 with armrest/cupholders and load-through on the M2 CS (option 465 on the base M2 and M2C).
