In the lower gears, and at low-to-midrange RPM, it could have absolutely
been related to traction control since an extra +80-90 ft lbs of torque
definitely has the ability to over power the tires!

In this particular instance, with the symptom described in more detail
by the OP, we knew that wasn't the case as we have the knowledge of
how these cars are supposed to perform in nearly all conditions.

Very happy to report all is well.

The tune feels great, lots of midrange grunt added and feels like its slightly stronger revving out to 7k over stage 1
