I haven't heard the rear diff can crunch sound since the dealer replaced the fluid at 1200 miles. However, I get lots of 'stones in the brake shield' sounds, which is different.
My township, in an effort to avoid the cost of repaves or sealing, has resorted to laying down a layer of fine gravel on many roads. I sound like I'm dragging a bunch of cans down the road. I should just some shoe polish and write "JUST MARRIED" on my rear window.
