There is no octane/flexfuel sensor on these cars, right? How will higher octane or ethanol prevent timing pull as temps go higher. There has to be more to it than just putting in higher octane or ethanol. Are you saying that higher octane or ethanol will prevent knocking/detonation (with high temps) which, in turn, will result in less timing pull? I am not trying to question you, ZM2, just trying to learn and confirm what I think I know about cars. Thanks!
