That being said, there are two wheels IMO that you can and will go wrong with - BBS FIR and M performance 763M.

FIR is out of place with M2. It's designed with an aggressive fitment for M3/4 and is way too aggressive for M2. The width(9.5+10.5j) is for 265mm front and 285mm rear or above. On those tires, along with its absurd ET, you will rub 100%. Stock tire will give you a stupidly stretched look and you'd still rub even just lowered by 3/4 inch.

M2 on bbs fir is like a girl stealing her older sister's dress. Do yourself a favor there is BBS RID that is superior in strength, similar in weight and has more than one good fitment for M2. Your car will thank you. BTW, US dealers seem to not carry RID normally, and want to fool you into FIR. Make sense.

I never understand the craze about 763M, I suspect they just don't get to see the wheels in the real world. I have quite a few local guys ditch 763m shortly after install, just because stock wheels are a lot better in comparion. All the good pictures found on internet are with strong lighting and when perfectly clean. Below is a real world picture that 763 will look like 90% of time. Outright ugly.

Hate me or thank me. Don't care, just being honest.

And, MR. I don't know what's been wrong with you since you had a M2C on order. I think this thread belongs to generic wheel and tire section.
Hahaha nothing really. All that you read here, is what I wanted to do all along already on my M2... I just stopped at the end of last year tuning my car. Only annoyed I am spending 30K EUR more to do it on a M2C when that now proves not to be worth it.... Other than that nothing different really. Just finding the best options in the market and sorting all the parts for the coming months.

Questions wouldn't be any different, only different forum. And yes, this should have been in a wheel and tire sections, but are we going to get one specifically for the M2C or not? I honestly did not know and therefore put it here.

Anyhow thanks for the information. Everyday you learn something and you gave valuable info in this topic which might be in the wrong forum.
