Well, he's not on your dime either Jr. He could have just said "I honestly don't know". That didn't happen, hence, my comment.
Specially for a guy that constantly has "insight" on things BMW maybe he could have recommended maybe to talk to someone in another BMW office.....
But a simple "I honestly don't know" would have been fine.
