That module location actually referred to brake force blinking. So I removed from my original post. Regardless it appears that some (older) cars still have the ability to change this and others don't. As more cars get their firmware updated, the ability to change this gets lost.
My car is garaged for winter atm but I'll wager that I too can no longer change this value because I had a firmware update not too long ago
so ya...your 2018 is most likely not possible.
