I think I know what you're talking about, as I just picked up my car and I believe we have the same software. Engine and shifting is better for sure, but I don't think steering is worse... In comfort it is really soft, like very floaty but still very accurate, and switch to sport and there is a BIG difference for me. I think the sport steering now is close to perfect, not too hard and not too soft, very natural returning to the center. I had the 18 M2 before and that steering was just plain heavy and numb in all modes. I much prefer this. Others please chime in?
