Well I'm happy to report that Ontrac was able to locate my intercooler! They delivered it to the wrong address...

I installed it last night (pretty easy and quick), and am happy to report that it fits on the 328d/N47 diesel too. One thing I thought was interesting is that the pipes connecting to the FMIC on the diesel are rubber, instead of what looks like rigid plastic on the gas models. This made maneuvering their connections onto the FMIC very easy. I did find that it helped to not bolt the FMIC up fully before connecting the pipes.

Some specs:
-Stock FMIC weight: 7.8lbs
-Stock FMIC intake ID/OD: 55.09/61.27mm
-Stock FMIC exit ID/OD: 54.97/61.30mm
-CSF FMIC weight: 25.8lbs
-CSF FMIC intake ID/OD: 52.97/61.29mm
-CSF FMIC exit ID/OD: 52.78/61.28mm
