OP, I realize you realize nobody can make this decision for you and subjectivity is abound . . .
The above stated, the LBB and SO are both rather 'unique' colors, while HS, Black and White options are more 'neutral' or 'standard' when it comes to color palates seen on the roadways.
If you are fixed to obtain LBB or SO, I do not think there is any rhyme or reason to the decision other than which you prefer. If your one criterion is how they look in different lighting, I think they both have their merits and pitfalls regarding hue.
I would personally just go with the color you like most and forget about the changes in hue associated with lighting conditions.
