The original M2 hit the sweet spot. Linear power and just enough tire (265) to make it easy to control. No traction issues.
From 2019 it was replaced with the Competition model and got a detuned S55 from the M4 while keeping the same tire. I don't have experience with the M2C but it looks like the detuning affected the low end and the power is nice and linear as well.
