This group of people will likely never tell you it is silly to have both...I enjoy my Z4M coupe, M2C and E39 M5 for different reasons. While the GT4 is certainly track focused, if you plan on taking it on spirited drives on relatively unpopulated back roads, I imagine you will have fun. Sure, your accountant will say put the extra money in high-yield investments, and I cannot argue with that. I do think the GT4 (as well as my Z4M coupe) is wasted if only used as a DD, but that is what the M2C is for.
