Well, the DCT is a manual without a third pedal, but an extra clutch, so I can see sales guys taking the liberty to list it as a manual. I've seen that a lot with the M2s listed where there are listed as manual and they are DCTs |
It's when you put the vin in a bmw decoder it comes back as manual transmission on part of the sheet, then in another spot it says 7 speed dual clutch. It confuses people. You can see below.
